Week eighteen

Hey guys, I’m feeling very tired this week, so this is just your friendly reminder to take it easy on yourself. I tend to try to squeeze every ounce of productivity out of my day without much time for rest. But rest and recharge are vital! I feel kind of like a hypocrite writing that, but I’m working on allowing myself to rest more.

It’s one of the reasons I set up this year’s Making Art Everyday to be very flexible. You can make art every day, or couple times a week, or a few times a month, or whatever works for you and your life. It’s why I always say “Happy Art-Making!” because I want you to feel joyful while you are making art.

SO…rest, relax, and HAPPY ART-MAKING!

It’s our last week of drawing plants and I’ve got some plants for you that are a little more on the unusual side. I’ve got plants with interesting or unique shapes and colors, even some carnivorous plants. I hope you have fun with these prompts this week!
