How do I install the brushes?

Help! My download is not working.

If you are having trouble downloading with Safari  some people have better luck using Chrome or another browser. Please note that some of the brush sets have very large file sizes and, depending on your internet connection, may take a while to download.

You can aIso try logging into your account page to download them from your purchase history.

Do you provide free product updates?

Yes we do! Every product you purchase entitles you to free updates FOR LIFE, baby! If we release an update to a brush set you’ve purchased, we’ll email you letting you know how to get it.

What is your refund policy?

Because these products are digital, by nature they are not returnable. I’m confident you will love these brushes, but if something is not right, I’d love a chance to make it better. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please reach out on our HELP page within 7 days of your purchase. I’m glad to address any concerns you are having, technical or otherwise and if we are not able to come to a resolution, I’m happy to offer a refund.

Please allow 7-10 days for processing of your refund. Refunds will be made via the same method as the original purchase and are not transferrable.

Which iPad should I get?

Get an iPad that supports the Apple Pencil. It is hands-down the best stylus available and all of my brushes are optimized for the Apple Pencil.

I use the iPad Pro 12.9″*. I love the size of the screen, it gives me ample space for drawing and its powerful processor ensures that my Procreate documents can support the maximum number of layers. If you have the budget, this is the best of the best.

If you have less of a budget, the 2018 iPad 9.7”* is a fantastic option. I would get the fastest/largest screen size your budget will allow. But as long as it supports the Apple Pencil and the latest version of Procreate, you’ll be good to go!

What iPad accessories do you recommend?

#1 is the Apple Pencil*! No other stylus compares and all my brushes are optimized for Apple Pencil. If you have not purchased your iPad, get one that supports the Apple Pencil. (See previous question). Please note that there are now 2 generations of Apple Pencil, be sure to get the one that is compatible with your iPad.

A matte screen protector will give you a more natural paper-like feel when drawing. This is the one I use*.

A case the allows for multiple stand angles. I’m still looking for a good one for my 2018 iPad Pro. This is the one I have* for my old iPad. I often use it at it’s lowest angle on my lap. Plus, it has a loop for the Apple Pencil. This is the iPad Case I’m currently using.

I use a heavy duty iPad stand when I’m drawing at my desk. I love the stability and angle it provides. This is the one I use.

This is just fun but I have a decal on my Apple Pencil that makes it look like a real number two pencil! I purchased mine here.

*Some of the links above are affiliate links, meaning I get small percentage of the sale if you make a purchase. Not, much, but enough to buy a donut at the place down the street. They are like, super good donuts, so you’d really be making my day like a hundred times better. ‘Cause donuts.
